Empty Thoughts of Wanderers

This body of work is 100 images printed twice and placed back to back with a different image; hung up with fishing line from the ceiling to walk around in an immersive experience.

The world around me can become overwhelming and stressful. All my life I have enjoyed the time I spend by myself more than when I let everything else in the world in. When I shoot, I find towns that I know but I don’t really see. I put in my earbuds and just walk. Whatever peaks my interest in color, lighting, or angles I photograph. I go down back alleys, up long staircases, and through different parking lots to find a whole new perspective of the town. It doesn’t matter if it’s freezing, terrifying, or too dark, I just keep walking.
